For Sponsors

The VCPEIT conference is produced for members of the Private Equity Chief Technology Officer Network (PECTO) and the Venture Capital Information Technology Group (VCIT). Attendees represent decision makers from CTO's and senior IT managers from private equity, venture capital, and leveraged buyout firms.

This conference is a rare opportunity to interact face-to-face with a select group of 30-50 of the most influential technology managers in venture capital and private equity.

Sponsors help make this conference a success in a few ways:

Ÿ  Educating the group by presenting on their area of expertise

Ÿ  Reviewing successful case studies and demonstrating real-world applications

Ÿ  Financial support to help defray the cost of the event

Previous sponsors have come from a wide variety of global and local Software, Hardware, and Solution providers in the technology space: Microsoft, Apple, NetApp, Riverbed, Nimble Storage, Palo Alto Networks, nScaled, CV Partners, Qbiz, NetAge Solutions, The Next Round, EMC, Cambridge Computers, Mimosa, Eze Castle, Clear Momentum, Relevant, Sophos, Zones, Providia, XioTech, and Alliant Technologies.

Presentations

Sponsors participate in the conference by presenting on a hot topic(s) within their industry. Presentations should be geared towards educating the group on the latest trends and successful technology solutions. The audience is not looking for high-level overviews from Sales or Marketing personnel. To deliver the most value, speakers should have a technical background on their topics, as our members will be looking to drill down with focused questions.

The presentation can include case studies or demonstrations of a vendor’s product/service in a customer environment. Incorporating a review of successful implementations at one of our member firms can be the most compelling to our attendees.

Electronic copies of your presentation will be available after the conference to all attendees and group members through a private login to our site.

Cocktail Hour / Dinner Events

Networking opportunity to exchange business cards and have more intimate discussions with attendees. Sponsors can hold raffle games/prizes during these events.

Group Activity

In the past, these activities included golf, local area attraction tours, or excursions.
